We use the contact and event information you provide to respond, check availability, and prepare a quote. Sending an inquiry doesn’t subscribe you to marketing emails.
Our online inquiry form uses Netlify Forms to collect and store the details you submit so CallaTé can review and respond to your event request. You can reach us directly at Contact@sipcallate.com.
Directions and social links open Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Instagram. Those services handle information according to their own privacy policies. This site doesn’t request your GPS location or store booking details in your browser.
Your cart saves your drink choices and optional drink notes in the current browser tab so you can keep exploring and return to them. These selections stay in your browser and do not place an order or send a payment. Closing the tab normally clears them; your browser’s session-restore settings may retain them.
Square processes payments in its secure payment fields. CallaTé’s website does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We send your drink selections, any drink notes you add, pickup name, phone number and email address to Square to prepare and manage your order. We use your name and phone number to find a matching Square customer profile or create one, and link it to your order and payment. Our backend, hosted on Netlify, keeps the checkout and order references needed to confirm payment or recover an interrupted checkout.
During checkout, this browser tab temporarily saves your pickup name, phone number, email address, drink selections and checkout reference so you can return from Cash App or recover after a refresh. These details are cleared from this tab when checkout is completed or canceled. They may remain if you leave checkout unfinished or restore a browser session. Placing an order does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

CallaTé Rewards
If you join CallaTé Rewards, we store your name, confirmed email, optional birthday month and day, and visit/redemption history on our Netlify account service. After you order while signed in, a confirmed payment adds a visit automatically. We store the order reference and rewards history in CallaTé’s own ledger. Square still processes payments, but this does not use Square Loyalty.
A secure, HttpOnly cookie keeps you signed in on this website for up to 30 days (12 hours for owner accounts). The app stores its session securely on your device so you can stay signed in. You can view your own account. Only authorized staff can view other customer accounts or make reward corrections. Signing up does not subscribe you to marketing.
You may request a correction or account deletion at contact@sipcallate.com. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and profile and access to unused rewards. An audit history keyed to an internal member ID, without your profile name, email, or birthday, is retained for reconciliation.
