How it works.
One paid order, one visit
Sign in before ordering. Each confirmed paid online order adds one visit to your account automatically. Multiple items in one order still count as one visit.
Your choice at 10
Use 10 visits for one available drink or pastry of your choice. Ask the team to redeem it when you pick up. One visit reward per order; remaining visits stay on your account.
A birthday drink
Add your birthday for one free drink on your birthday each year. This is separate from your 10-visit reward.
Your CallaTé account
Your progress is saved to your account. Check it on our website or in the app when it launches. Online orders must be placed while signed in. At a pop-up, share your rewards email with the team so they can add your paid visit. Forgot to sign in online? Ask us to review your receipt.
Completed purchases count
Cancelled, unpaid, fully refunded, and free-only orders do not earn a visit. A full refund or cancellation removes the earned visit automatically. Partial refunds retain a visit when a paid purchase remains.
No rush
Your visits do not expire. Rewards have no cash value and depend on menu availability.
Sign in before ordering to earn automatically. Redeem earned items with the team at pickup; online discounts are not applied automatically.
