About CallaTé
The people behind the trailer.
We’re Natasha and Kero, the husband-and-wife team behind CallaTé. We started with the drinks we wanted to share: carefully made coffee and tea, with flavors that feel like home.
Our Mexican and Egyptian roots shape the menu, from cinnamon piloncillo and house-made horchata to orange blossom. We make our syrups ourselves and give the coffee and tea just as much attention.
You’ll find espresso, whisked matcha, roasted hojicha, and chai at our Nashville trailer. We also serve at markets, celebrations, and private events.

Research & development chef
Lucy helps turn our flavor ideas into something you can sip. As our research and development chef, she brings her culinary experience to the ingredients, balance, and little details that make a drink feel complete.
She collaborates with us on many of the flavors you’ll find at CallaTé, bringing a chef’s perspective to your cup.
